"no I mean it!" my father said "all you need are some lessons and instruments, and I swear to God, you'd go right through the roof."We hoped this was just another of his five-minute ideas, but by the time we reached the house , his eyes were still glowing. "that's exactly what you need to do" he said " I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner."
Reflection
My dad has all these crazy ideas too. Just recently he's thought of quitting his job to either a) start a management company to take care of our neighborhood more efficiently, b) run for the position of county judge c) start his own burger joint!
All these ideas last only but a few days but while they are in his mind, it's all he can think of. I love how passionate he is, but I think I'm too stubborn and scared of failure to ever admit to so many different ambitions without actually trying them.
